LeoInsole Release notes | October 8, 2026

This release brings more control over the Gyroid lattice: you can now set thickness per zone, edit zone shapes, add solid zones, use a Solid Base option, and check the result in a more accurate preview. The new User Library lets you save and reuse templates, zone shapes, cutouts and logos. Five new scan modes with improved landmark detection and auto-fitting (in beta) give a more accurate fit, and Morton's Extension now works in full-length insoles.

LeoAFO Release notes | 10.07

This release introduces the new Hybrid Workflow. You can now design a flexible, 3D-printed inner boot and a mold for traditionally manufactured rigid shell together, and the mold automatically leaves room for the inner layer so everything fits precisely. Design selection now opens a dialog with three categories: Full Orthosis, Mold and Hybrid Orthosis. Double-shell designs also get separate color, opacity and trimline controls for each layer. On top of that, we've added a Cut toggle to the joint tool and automatic malleoli distance measurement, and measurements are now saved in your project files.

This release delivers major upgrades to the Brandsole featureset, including a redesigned preset system, a new accommodative insole tool, and landmark/full-length fitting options. Fitting can now be adjusted by four distinct regions (length, heel width, met width, arch height). Additional refinements include an MPJ offset slider, an enhanced Full bar pad shape, and more improvements and fixes!
